Billing Coordinator
Heather is the head of the billing department at Universus Physical Therapy & Wellness. Her tenacity and drive make her a key team player in ensuring timely claim submissions, as well as ensuring that all insurance companies are communicated with and are receiving the proper documentation from the practice. She is a great resource to our patients and our staff regarding billing inquiries.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing and going to the beach. Little known secret: She was a competitive dancer for most of her life!
