The values that guide me most are compassion, integrity, growth, and connection. I believe in treating people with kindness and respect, being dependable, continuing to learn, and building genuine relationships. These values shape how I approach both my work and my life
I’ve gained experience in patient care, customer service, and practice operations. These experiences have strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while teaching me the importance of compassion and professionalism in a healthcare setting.
Keeping the practice running smoothly.
As the Lead Patient Experience & Operations Coordinator, I help keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly. I focus on patient communication, care coordination, and creating efficient systems that support both our patients and our clinical team. I’m often the connection between the moving pieces of the office, making sure things stay organized and our therapists have what they need to provide great care.
I want to make the process of navigating physical therapy feel less overwhelming. From scheduling and communication to understanding what to expect, small details can make a big difference. My goal is to help make the process seamless so patients can spend less time worrying about the logistics and more time focusing on their recovery and getting back to the things they love.
What I love most about working here is the people and the team environment. Everyone genuinely cares about what they do, and it’s rewarding to see patients make progress and regain confidence in their bodies. I also enjoy being part of a team that works together, celebrates the wins, and makes coming to work something to look forward to.
Life beyond the clinic.
Outside of work, my favorite thing is spending time with my three daughters and making memories together. I also love taking walks with my dog and spending time at the beach whenever I can. Family, being outdoors, and enjoying the simple things are what I value most in my free time.
